Job summary

LAPP ASIA PACIFIC PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a Warehouse Assistant who can support daily logistics operations. You will receive shipments, verify accuracy, sort and place inventory, and prepare items for shipment while maintaining records.

The role requires attention to detail, a teamwork mindset, and the ability to operate material handling equipment such as forklifts. Working hours are five days a week, 8:15am to 6pm, with licensing preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience.
• Forklift license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Receive and verify accuracy of incoming shipments
• Sort and place inventory on racks, shelves, or bins according to predetermined location
• Prepare inventory for shipment, including packaging and labeling
• Maintain accurate inventory records
• Maintain accurate inventory count, perform annual inventory count, and submit reports to management
• Operate material handling equipment (i.e.Forklift, VNA, etc)
• Maintain good housekeeping and ensure cleanliness of working environment

The Warehouse Assistant must be a communicative, analytical, and creative team player who can achieve high levels of performance. An individual who is mature and possesses a good attitude with a willingness to learn.

• Maintain good housekeeping and ensure cleanliness of working environment

Skills & Qualification:

• Minimum 1 year experience
• Forklift license preferred

Working Hours: 5 days, Mondays to Fridays, 8.15am to 6pm
