Job summary

MARITEC PTE. LTD. is seeking a warehouse and logistics associate to manage daily shipments in MEIMS and update inventory records in BC Dynamic. The role includes warehouse tasks such as packing, labeling, and monthly stock counts, plus occasional sample collection and delivery duties.

The candidate should have at least 1 year of warehouse experience, hold Class 2B and Class 3 driving licenses, and be physically fit to handle manual tasks. O Levels and above education is required.

Qualifications

• 1 year minimum warehouse experience.
• Education: O Levels and above.
• Possesses Class 2B and Class 3 licenses suitable for local/deliveries.
• Able to operate a stacker with on-the-job training if needed.

Responsibilities

• Daily scheduling of local and overseas shipments in MEIMS.
• Scan outbound parcels and ensure shipment data accuracy.
• Update SO to DO in BC Dynamic for inventory control.
• Sort, organize, and store inventory; pack items with correct labels.
• Conduct monthly inventory counts and update records in the system.
• Diligently collect samples and ensure timely delivery of samples and other items.
• Daily update MEIMS Excel files; monthly update DHL and FedEx Excel records.

Job Skill Requirements

• Class 2B and Class 3 driving licenses. (mileage claims are applicable if using a personal motorcycle for collection duties)
• Able to operate a stacker. (on-the-job training will be provided if required)
• Physically fit and able to perform manual handling duties. (Max 25kg)
• Highly responsible, reliable, and committed to assigned duties, with a willingness to learn and a positive attitude
• Able to work effectively and cooperatively aspartof a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Minimum 1 year working experience in a warehouse setting.
• Education: O Levels and above.

Job Description

Main Duties – System & Operations

System-related Duties:

• Daily scheduling of local and overseas shipments in MEIMS.
• Scan outbound parcels and ensure all shipment data is accurate and up to date.
• Daily update of SO to DO in BC Dynamic for inventory control.

Warehouse-related Duties (Occasional):

• Sort, organize, and store inventory in the appropriate locations.
• Pack items and ensure all labels are correctly applied.
• Conduct monthly inventory counts and update the inventory records in the system.

Sample Collection & Delivery Duties (Rotational):

• Diligently collect samples from designated locations.
• Ensure prompt and timely delivery of samples and other items.

Data Management & Reporting Duties:

• Daily update and maintenance of MEIMS Excel files.
• Monthly update and maintenance of DHL andFedEx Excel records.
