Job summary

CHONG LEE LEONG SENG COMPANY LIMITED is seeking a warehouse assistant in Singapore to support flow of products and stock through the warehouse. You will assist with receiving, putting away, issuing goods, and maintaining organized inventory.

The role requires basic English reading/writing and arithmetic, with computer literacy considered an advantage. The position is on-site at the warehouse and involves cycle counts and documentation.

Qualifications

• Minimum secondary education required.
• Able to read and write simple English and perform basic calculations.
• Computer literacy is an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Receive, put away and issue parts.
• Assist in arranging or reallocating engines and spares.
• Check inventory records against actual stock after each picking to ensure accuracy.
• Prepare documentation.
• Uncrate and dispose of items at designated place.
• Pack and unpack shipments.
• Conduct cycle and inventory counts as required.
• Maintain the vehicle in usage in good and clean condition.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Job Content

• 3. Check inventory records against actual stock after each picking to ensure they are accurate.
• 4. Prepare Documentation.
• 5. Uncrates and dispose them at designated place.
• 6. Pack and Unpack Shipment.
• 7. Conduct cycle and inventory count as and when required.
• 8. Maintain the vehicle under your usage in good and clean condition.
• 9. Any other business will assign from time to time.

Education / Professional Qualification
