Job summary

Chong Lee Leong Seng Co Ltd in Singapore is seeking a Warehouse Assistant to support the flow of products and stock within our warehouse. You will receive, put away, issue parts, and ensure inventory is processed, organized, and stored to keep operations running smoothly.

This role requires minimum secondary education, basic English literacy, and a willingness to read simple documents. Computer literacy is an added advantage as you may handle documentation and calculations.

Responsibilities

• Receive, put away and issue parts.
• Assist in arranging or reallocating engines and spares.
• Check inventory records against actual stock after picking.
• Prepare documentation.
• Uncrate and dispose items at designated place.
• Pack and unpack shipments.
• Conduct cycle counts and inventory checks as required.
• Maintain company vehicles in good and clean condition.
• Handle any other duties as assigned.

Job Purpose

Job Content

1. Receive, Put away and Issue of parts.

2. Assist in arranging or re-allocating of engines and spares.

3. Check inventory records against actual stock after each picking to ensure they are accurate.

4. Prepare Documentation.

5. Uncrates and dispose them at designated place.

6. Pack and Unpack Shipment.

7. Conduct cycle and inventory count as and when required.

8. Maintain the vehicle under your usage in good and clean condition.

9. Any other business will assign from time to time.

Education / Professional Qualification

• Minimum Secondary education.
