AGENSI PEKERJAAN LINKTRIX CONSULTANTS SDN. BHD.

is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to oversee safe and efficient warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, issuing and delivery of materials, and ensuring stock accuracy in line with ISO standards. The role requires a degree in Supply Chain Management or a related field, at least 3 years of warehouse experience with supervision, and proficiency with ERP systems (AutoCount preferred).

Qualifications

• Degree or equivalent qualification in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related field.
• At least 3 years of warehouse or supply chain experience with supervision.
• Strong knowledge of inventory control and warehousing processes.
• Experience with ERP or inventory systems; AutoCount is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily receiving, inspection, labeling, put-away, picking, issuing and delivery.
• Ensure goods are checked against delivery orders, purchase records, and ERP.
• Record all stock movements (GRNs, EPIs, transfers, adjustments) promptly.
• Maintain bin locations, stock IDs and warehouse organisation.
• Ensure parts issued per work instructions or authorised requests.
• Coordinate deliveries and collections with suppliers, customers and transporters.
• Monitor inventory levels and identify items needing replenishment.
• Conduct regular cycle counts and assist annual stocktakes.
• Investigate stock discrepancies and report findings.
• Coordinate with Procurement on replenishment and PO status.

Job description

To supervise safe, accurate and efficient warehouse operations while coordinating inventory and supply chain activities. The role ensures timely receiving, storage, issuing and delivery of materials, maintains stock accuracy, follows up on purchase orders and shipments, and supports operational requirements in compliance with company procedures and ISO 9001 & 45001 requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily receiving, inspection, labelling, put-away, picking, issuing and delivery activities.
• Ensure physical goods are checked against suppliers' delivery orders, purchase records and the ERP system.
• Ensure all stock movements, including GRNs, EPIs, transfers and adjustments, are recorded accurately and promptly.
• Maintain proper bin locations, stock identification and warehouse organisation.
• Ensure parts are issued according to approved work instructions, project codes or authorised requests.
• Coordinate deliveries and collections with suppliers, customers and transport providers.
• Monitor inventory levels and identify items that require replenishment.
• Conduct regular cycle counts and assist with annual stocktakes.
• Investigate stock discrepancies and report the findings to management.
• Coordinate with Procurement on replenishment requirements and purchase-order status.

About you

• Degree and equivalent qualification in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Warehousing or a related field.
• At least three years of relevant warehouse or supply chain experience, including supervisory experience.
• Good knowledge of inventory control, warehouse operations and supply chain processes.
• Experience using ERP or inventory-management systems; AutoCount experience would be an advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Outlook and other Microsoft Office applications.
• Able to operate material-handling equipment or hold a valid forklift license would be an advantage.
• Comfortable working in a warehouse environment.
• Strong leadership and team-supervision skills.
• Detail-oriented with a strong focus on inventory accuracy.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
