Castle Rock EXIM PTE. LTD., based in Singapore, is hiring 3 reliable Warehouse & Delivery Drivers for a role that blends warehouse operations with deliveries across Singapore.

You will start by picking, packing and checking orders at the warehouse, then drive our company EV van to complete deliveries to homes and businesses. We require physical fitness, a valid Class 3/3A driving licence, and the ability to work Monday to Friday, 10:00am–7:00pm.

Job description

Join Castle Rock EXIM, a Singapore-based e-commerce retailer specialising in wines, spirits, beer, drinking water and other beverages. We are hiring 3 reliable and physically fit Warehouse & Delivery Drivers for a role combining warehouse operations and deliveries.

You will begin the day at the warehouse, helping to pick, pack, check and prepare customer orders. Once orders are ready, you will head out in a company EV van to complete assigned deliveries across Singapore.

Warehouse responsibilities

• Pick and pack customer orders accurately; check products and quantities before dispatch.
• Organise orders by delivery route and load the van safely, systematically and securely.
• Assist with stock movement, general warehouse duties and other logistics tasks when required.
• Keep warehouse and loading areas clean, organised and safe, and work with the team to dispatch orders on schedule.

Delivery responsibilities

• Complete approximately 20-25 delivery stops per working day to homes and businesses across Singapore.
• Deliver beverage products safely and on time; verify orders and addresses before handover and obtain accurate proof of delivery (POD).
• Load, unload and handle cartons carefully to minimise breakage, damage or loss.
• Follow company procedures for age-restricted alcohol deliveries, including identification checks where required.
• Manage assigned routes efficiently and report delays, access issues, failed deliveries or other problems promptly to the operations team.
• Provide courteous, professional customer service and maintain accurate delivery records.
• Conduct basic vehicle checks, secure products for transport, and follow Singapore traffic laws and company driving and safety procedures.

Physical requirements

This is a physically active role involving repeated lifting, carrying, loading and unloading throughout the workday. Applicants must be physically fit and comfortable handling beverage cartons weighing up to approximately 18kg each, including moving them through corridors, lifts and stairs where required. Proper lifting and manual-handling practices are essential.

Punctuality and attendance

Reliability and punctuality are essential. Order preparation and dispatch depend on the whole team starting on time so that deliveries can be completed within the working day.

Report to the warehouse on time and ready to begin work at 10:00am, including order preparation and loading.

Maintain regular, reliable attendance and manage your time to meet daily preparation and delivery schedules.

Inform the company promptly if an unavoidable situation may cause absence or delay.

Driving and personal requirements

• Valid Singapore Class 3 or Class 3A driving licence and a safe, responsible driving record.
• Comfortable driving a delivery van, familiar with Singapore roads, and able to use navigation and delivery applications.
• Willing to perform both warehouse and delivery duties, with good organisation and time management.
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision and cooperate with the warehouse and operations teams.
• Good communication skills, a courteous manner and a careful, safety-conscious approach to products and vehicles.
• Previous delivery, courier, warehouse or logistics experience is an advantage, but is not essential for candidates with the right attitude and willingness to learn.

Company EV van and drive home arrangement

A company EV van is provided for delivery duties. Employees may be permitted to drive the assigned van home after work, subject to company approval and operational requirements.

Upon confirmation of employment, season parking for approved drive-home arrangements will be paid by the company.

The employee must ensure that the EV van is sufficiently charged to complete the following workday's assigned deliveries.

Work-related EV charging costs will be reimbursed by the company.

Take proper care of the assigned vehicle, keep it clean and roadworthy, and use it responsibly in accordance with company policies.

Report vehicle faults, accidents, damage or charging-related issues promptly.

What we offer

• Monthly salary of $2,400-$2,800, depending on experience.
