Job summary

Castle Rock EXIM is a Singapore-based retailer seeking a reliable Delivery Driver to join our team and support delivery operations across Singapore. You will deliver beverages to residential and commercial customers, load and unload cartons of up to 18kg, and ensure safe handling and on-time delivery.

This hands-on role requires driving, loading, unloading, and use of navigation tools to reach customer locations.

Qualifications

• Valid Class 3 or Class 3A Singapore driving licence.
• Good and responsible driving record; previous delivery/logistics experience is an advantage.
• Familiarity with Singapore roads and locations; comfortable using navigation apps.

Responsibilities

• Deliver wines, spirits, beer, drinking water and other beverages to residential and commercial customers across Singapore.
• Follow assigned delivery schedules to ensure orders are delivered on time.
• Verify customer orders and delivery addresses before completing each delivery.
• Handle products carefully to minimise breakage, damage or loss.
• Obtain proof of delivery (POD) for completed orders.
• Report failed, incomplete or problematic deliveries promptly.
• Follow procedures for age-restricted alcohol deliveries, including ID verification where required.

Castle Rock EXIM is a Singapore-based e-commerce retailer specialising in wines, spirits, beers, drinking water and craft beverages.

We are looking for a reliable, responsible and physically fit Delivery Driver to join our team and support our growing delivery operations across Singapore.

About the Role

As a Delivery Driver, you will be responsible for delivering customer orders safely, accurately and on time.

This is a hands-on delivery role. In addition to driving, you will be required to load, unload and carry cartons of beverages to customer locations. Some cartons of beer and drinking water can weigh up to approximately 18kg per carton, so physical fitness and the ability to handle heavy cartons safely are essential.

You will represent the company when interacting with customers and are expected to provide a professional, courteous and reliable delivery experience.

Key Responsibilities

Delivery

• Deliver wines, spirits, beer, drinking water and other beverage products to residential and commercial customers across Singapore

• Follow assigned delivery schedules to ensure orders are delivered on time

• Verify customer orders and delivery addresses before completing each delivery

• Handle products carefully to minimise breakage, damage or loss

• Obtain proof of delivery (POD) for completed orders

• Report failed, incomplete or problematic deliveries promptly

• Follow company procedures for age-restricted alcohol deliveries, including checking identification where required

Loading & Unloading

• Load delivery vehicle in an organised and secure manner

• Check orders against delivery documents before leaving the warehouse

• Unload and carry cartons from the vehicle to customer premises

• Handle cartons of beer and drinking water that may weigh up to approximately 18kg each

• Move products safely through lifts, stairs, corridors and other access areas where required

• Ensure products are delivered to the appropriate location as instructed by the customer or company

Vehicle & Delivery Operations

• Conduct basic checks of the assigned vehicle before use

• Maintain the vehicle in a clean and roadworthy condition

• Ensure products are properly secured during transportation

• Plan and adjust delivery routes when necessary to improve delivery efficiency

• Comply with Singapore traffic laws and company driving and safety procedures

• Be responsible for the safe and proper use of the assigned vehicle

• Report vehicle faults, accidents, damage or other issues immediately

Customer Service

• Maintain a professional and courteous manner when dealing with customers

• Handle customer questions or delivery-related issues professionally

• Communicate proactively with the operations team when there are delays, access issues or other delivery problems

• Represent Castle Rock EXIM positively during every customer interaction

General Operations

• Assist with warehouse packing, loading and other operational duties when required

• Assist with stock movement and general warehouse activities during non-delivery periods

• Maintain accurate delivery and POD records

• Support the operations team with other logistics tasks when required
  

Driving Requirements

• Valid Class 3 or Class 3A Singapore driving licence

• Good and responsible driving record

• Previous delivery or logistics experience is an advantage

• Familiarity with Singapore roads and locations

• Comfortable using navigation and delivery applications

Physical Requirements

This is a physically demanding role. Physical fitness is essential.

• Able to repeatedly lift, carry and move beverage cartons during the working day

• Comfortable handling cartons weighing up to approximately 18kg each

• Able to load and unload delivery vehicles safely

• Comfortable carrying cartons over short distances and through buildings, lifts and stairs where required

• Able to remain physically active throughout the working day

• Must follow proper lifting and manual-handling practices to minimise the risk of injury
