ENVREGY PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a responsible Driver to support daily logistics and delivery operations.

Driving and delivery are the primary functions of this role, with additional hands‑on warehouse support provided when not on delivery runs. The ideal candidate holds a valid Class 3 or Class 4 licence and has a clean driving record. The role offers a basic salary of SGD 2,200–2,500 per month plus allowances up to SGD 500 per month and a full attendance bonus of SGD 100 per month,

Qualifications

• Valid Singapore Class 3 or 4 driving licence.
• Minimum 3 years of driving experience.
• Clean driving record; no demerit points or accidents in last 2 years.
• Physically fit to perform warehouse duties involving lifting up to 25–30 kg.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Delivery & Driving: Perform scheduled pick-ups and deliveries to customers and suppliers.
• Assist in loading/unloading goods at warehouse and customer/supplier locations.
• Verify quantity and condition of goods before departure and on delivery; report discrepancies.
• Securely stack and arrange goods to prevent damage during transit; maintain vehicle cleanliness.
• Conduct routine vehicle checks and report issues to supervisor; monitor fuel and vehicle condition.
• Comply with Singapore traffic regulations and company safety policies.

Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible, reliable, and experienced Driver to support daily logistics and delivery operations. Driving and delivery are the primary functions of this role, with additional hands‑on warehouse support provided when not on delivery runs. The ideal candidate holds a valid Class 3 or Class 4 licence and has a clean driving record.

Compensation

• Basic Salary: SGD $2,200 - $2,500 / month
• Allowance: Up to SGD $500 / month (conditions apply)
• Full Attendance Bonus: SGD $100 / month
• Total Package (indicative): Up to SGD $3,100 / month
• Overtime claimable in accordance with the Employment Act (Cap. 91A)

Responsibilities

Delivery & Driving

• Perform scheduled pick-ups and deliveries of goods to customers and suppliers following planned routes and delivery timelines
• Assist in loading and unloading goods at warehouse and customer/supplier locations
• Verify quantity and condition of goods before departure and upon delivery, reporting discrepancies immediately
• Securely stack and arrange goods within the vehicle to prevent damage during transit
• Maintain vehicle cleanliness and uphold good housekeeping standards
• Conduct routine vehicle checks and promptly report accidents, breakdowns, defects, or maintenance needs to supervisor
• Monitor fuel usage and vehicle condition continuously
• Comply with all Singapore traffic regulations and company safety policies

Warehouse & Logistics Support (when not on delivery runs)

• Receive, unload, and verify incoming shipments against purchase orders and delivery documents
• Inspect inbound goods for damage, quantity discrepancies, and expiry/shelf-life compliance
• Accurately scan and record inbound stock into the Warehouse Management System (WMS)
• Sort and store goods in designated locations according to product type and handling requirements
• Pick orders accurately based on picking lists or system instructions
• Pack orders securely using appropriate materials and apply correct labels and shipment details
• Enforce FIFO (First In, First Out) principles for shelf-life sensitive products
• Assist in cycle counts, stock checks, and annual stocktakes
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of warehouse and staging areas
• Follow safe lifting and manual handling procedures at all times

General

• Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned by supervisor
• Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate daily delivery and warehouse priorities

Required Competencies

• Possess a valid Singapore Class 3 or Class 4 driving licence
• Minimum 3 years of relevant driving experience
• Clean driving record - no demerit points or accidents in the last 2 years
• Physically fit to perform warehouse duties involving prolonged standing, bending, and movement; able to lift loads of up to 25-30 kg - all genders are welcome to apply
• Responsible, punctual, and able to work both independently and collaboratively

Preferred Competencies

• Prior experience in FMCG, F&B, logistics, or transportation industries
• Familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and handheld RF/barcode scanners
• Basic proficiency in IT and mobile applications such as delivery apps and GPS navigation

Job Details

• Location: Kallang
• Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM | Saturday, 9:00 AM - 1:00 PM
• Working Days: 5.5 days per week (inclusive of Saturday)
• Employment Type: Full-Time
• Eligibility: Open to Singapore Citizens, PRs, and valid Work Pass holders
