Job summary

Castle Rock EXIM in Singapore is hiring 3 Warehouse & Delivery Drivers to pick, pack and prepare orders each morning, then deliver across Singapore in the company EV van.

No prior experience required; applicants should hold a valid Class 3/3A license, be physically fit, reliable and punctual, and able to start at 10:00am to meet daily schedules. EV van home after work is a paid perk with season parking and charging reimbursements.

Qualifications

• Valid Singapore Class 3 or 3A driving licence with a safe, responsible driving record.
• Comfortable driving a van around Singapore and using navigation/delivery apps.
• Physically fit, reliable and punctual - able to start at 10:00am and keep to the daily schedule.
• Courteous, safety-conscious, and able to work independently while cooperating with the team.
• No prior experience required; delivery, courier, warehouse or logistics experience is a bonus, not a must.

Responsibilities

• Pick, pack and check customer orders for accuracy before dispatch.
• Organise orders by delivery route and load the van safely and securely.
• Help with stock movement and keep the warehouse clean, organised and on schedule.
• Complete approximately 20-25 stops per day to homes and businesses, verifying orders and addresses and obtaining proof of delivery.
• Handle cartons carefully to avoid breakage, and follow ID-check procedures for age-restricted alcohol deliveries.
• Manage your route efficiently, flagging delays or issues to the operations team promptly.
• Provide courteous customer service and follow Singapore traffic laws and company driving procedures.

About the role

Castle Rock EXIM is a Singapore-based e-commerce retailer specialising in wines, spirits, beer, drinking water and other beverages. We're hiring 3 reliable, physically fit Warehouse & Delivery Drivers to help pick, pack and prepare customer orders each morning, then head out in a company EV van to complete deliveries across Singapore in the afternoon.

What you'll do

Warehouse (mornings)

• Pick, pack and check customer orders for accuracy before dispatch.
• Organise orders by delivery route and load the van safely and securely.
• Help with stock movement and keep the warehouse clean, organised and on schedule.

Deliveries (afternoons)

• Complete approximately 20-25 stops per day to homes and businesses, verifying orders and addresses and obtaining proof of delivery.
• Handle cartons carefully to avoid breakage, and follow ID-check procedures for age-restricted alcohol deliveries.

Good to know: the physical side

This is an active, hands-on role - expect repeated lifting, carrying, loading and unloading of beverage cartons weighing up to approximately 18kg, including through corridors, lifts and stairs. That's part of why the pay reflects real physical effort, and we'll cover proper lifting and manual-handling practices during onboarding.

Company EV van & drive-home perk

Approved drivers may take their assigned EV van home after work - season parking is paid by the company and work-related charging costs are reimbursed. In return, we ask that you keep the van charged, clean and roadworthy, and report any faults or issues promptly.
