Job summary

Ardentec Singapore Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Warehouse/Logistics assistant to manage preparation, receipt, and shipment of goods and wafers, ensuring accurate inventory records and smooth warehouse operations.

The role emphasizes maintaining warehouse cleanliness, supporting replenishment, and adherence to safety standards, with a focus on accurate stock movement and timely processing.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Supply Chain & Logistics or related field.
• Experience and strong working knowledge of warehouse operations.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office to manage documentation and reporting.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with team members.
• Strong organizational and time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently.
• Knowledge of Oracle system is advantageous for inventory management.

Responsibilities

• Prepare goods and wafers for shipment and receiving to ensure timely and accurate processing
• Monitor and maintain detailed records of stock movement to support inventory accuracy
• Perform general housekeeping to maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards
• Verify inventory and shipment transactions for accuracy to prevent discrepancies
• Replenish stock and inventory as required to maintain optimal warehouse levels
• Complete other ad hoc tasks assigned by management to support warehouse operations
