Job summary

S.F. Express (Singapore) Pte Ltd is hiring a Warehouse Admin for Benoi / Penjuru to support daily outbound warehouse operations, ensuring accurate documentation, timely data entry, and updated inventory records.

You will coordinate between warehouse teams, transporters, and customers, prepare delivery orders, arrange transport bookings, and maintain precise records while generating daily/weekly reports. Proficiency in Excel and basic WMS/ERP familiarity are required, and English with Mandarin

• Monitor delivery status and follow up on outstanding deliveries.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and proper filing of warehouse documents.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports.
• Handle email correspondence and customer inquiries.
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve shipment and documentation issues.

Job Summary

The Warehouse Admin supports daily outbound warehouse operations, ensuring accurate documentation, timely data entry, updated inventory records, and smooth coordination between warehouse teams, transporters, and customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare delivery orders and shipping documents.
• Arrange transport bookings and coordinate with drivers for timely collection and delivery.
• Maintain accurate picking, packing, and dispatch records.
• Update the inventory system promptly after shipments.
• Monitor delivery status and follow up on outstanding deliveries.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and proper filing of warehouse documents.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports.
• Handle email correspondence and customer inquiries.
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve shipment and documentation issues.

Requirements

• Basic knowledge of warehouse operations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Experience with WMS or ERP systems is an advantage.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in English and Mandarin is required to communicate with English- and Mandarin-speaking customers and liaise with headquarters in China.

Work Location

Benoi or Penjuru, depending on your preferred location.

Working Days

Monday to Friday, plus alternate Saturdays.
