PERSOL OUTSOURCING SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking a front-line customer service professional to assist passengers and visitors at Changi Airport. You will help with enquiries and wayfinding, share flight information and recommend dining and retail options.

Respond to inquiries via calls, emails, chatbot, and social media; handle on-site incidents and medical emergencies calmly; and support daily operations with a service-oriented mindset.

Qualificações

• Minimum GCE N Level with 1 year of customer service or frontline experience preferred
• Good communication and interpersonal skills required
• Service-oriented and able to remain calm under pressure

Responsabilidades

• Assist passengers and visitors with enquiries and wayfinding
• Share flight information and recommend airport dining & retail options
• Respond to enquiries via calls, emails, chatbot, and social media
• Handle on-site incidents and medical emergencies professionally
• Support daily operations and other ad-hoc duties
