Job summary

Dallas MBS PTE. LTD. is seeking a customer-focused food and beverage service associate to serve meals and beverages in a fast-paced dining environment.

You will ensure accurate order delivery, maintain excellent customer relations, and work with team members to provide a welcoming dining experience. Prior F&B experience and knowledge of Western cuisine are preferred.

Qualifications

• 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar food and beverage service role.
• Good understanding of Western Cuisine to assist customers knowledgeably.

Responsibilities

• Serve food and beverages accurately to customers to ensure timely delivery and satisfaction.
• Carry trays of drinks and up to three main course plates safely to customers.
• Maintain excellent customer relations by responding promptly and courteously to customer needs.
• Apply good customer service standards to enhance the dining experience.
• Communicate clearly and effectively with customers and team members to coordinate service.
• Demonstrate friendly and energetic interpersonal skills to create a welcoming atmosphere.
• Complete any other assigned tasks and duties to support smooth restaurant operations.
