Job summary

Advanced Micro Devices (S) Pte Ltd invites you to join the 2027 Term 1 Internship – Wafer Sort & Final Test Hardware Development Engineer in Singapore. You’ll work full time during the co-op term, either hybrid or onsite, gaining hands-on experience in ATE hardware development and BOM-related activities.

Open to undergraduates or PhD students in Singapore, the program emphasizes learning, project management, design reviews, and collaboration with experienced engineers on real-world semiconductor

Qualifications

Current student studying in Singapore in an engineering-related field.
Basic mechanical engineering knowledge and interest in hardware development.
Willing to commit to full-time, hybrid or onsite internship.
Experience with CAD software is a plus.

Responsibilities

Acquire basic knowledge for ATE testing hardware.
Understand hardware differences and contribute to generic OSAT standards.
Support mechanical design modifications per engineering change requests.
Participate in design reviews and engineering discussions.
Help verify design compliance with company standards and manufacturing requirements.
