Job summary

MICRON SEMICONDUCTOR ASIA OPERATIONS PTE LTD is seeking a detail-oriented engineer to perform technical tests and experiments in wafer fabrication. You will set up processing equipment, monitor performance, and prepare detailed records for yield improvement and new product testing.

You will collaborate with multiple teams, mentor line operators, and contribute to equipment uptime and process improvements, including TPM and 6S activities. Night shifts and flexible hours are possible in this role.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Engineering or equivalent experience.
• Experience in semiconductor manufacturing or related field.
• Strong technical and analytical skills with attention to detail.
• Good teamwork and communication, both written and verbal.
• Willing to work night shifts and flexible hours.

Responsibilities

• Conduct technical tests and experiments for process and R&D in wafer fabrication.
• Set up semiconductor processing equipment to strict specifications.
• Monitor, audit, and mentor line operators to achieve world-class results.
• Record test runs and prepare charts/graphs to identify yield problems or test new products.
• Work on Fab equipment and processes to ensure outstanding performance.
• Track, preserve, and refine tool performance via basic troubleshooting.
