Job summary

MTC Consulting Pte Ltd is hiring for a wafer fabrication/operator role in Singapore. The position involves supporting wafer dicing and daily manufacturing activities, operating production equipment, and handling wafers in a rotating shift environment.

Training is provided, with good attendance required. Experience in wafer fabs or cleanrooms is advantageous, and candidates must be able to work across stations according to operational needs.

Qualifications

• Experience in wafer fab / manufacturing is an advantage.
• Cleanroom experiences are welcome.
• Good eyesight required for microscope inspection.
• Full Training Provided.
• Good attendance is MUST / IMPORTANT.

Responsibilities

• Support wafer dicing operations and daily manufacturing activities.
• Operate and monitor production equipment to ensure smooth operations.
• Handle and move wafers (up to 10kg wafer cassettes)
• Perform wafer testing, microscope inspection, die testing and sorting according to SOPs.
• Willing to work at different production stations according to operational needs
• Maintain product quality, workplace safety, cleanroom practices and 6S standards.
