Job summary

Citco Real Assets is seeking an experienced Client Onboarding professional to lead high-priority onboarding initiatives, configure systems and oversee data migration for new funds. You will partner with Fund Accounting, Operations, and Investor Relations to embed best practices in Citco's global onboarding model.

Responsibilities include planning client service plans, liaising with internal teams, and ensuring regulatory controls are satisfied.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or Information Systems (CPA/CFA preferred).
5+ years of relevant experience.
Experience in real estate or alternative investments is a plus.
Demonstrated delivery of complex projects.

Responsibilities

Manage and execute high priority client fund onboarding initiatives.
Contribute to continuous improvement of the global standard operating model.
Prepare client service plans and assess servicing needs.
Develop onboarding and transition plans and best-practice models.
Liaise between Client staff and Accounting/Operations for onboarding to Citco systems (Yardi Voyager IM).
Design, setup and test fund structures in Citco systems including capital transaction processing, consolidations, eliminations, and FX calculations.
Coordinate with multiple teams to meet client needs and regulatory controls.
Provide proactive customer focus and manage data migration for client reporting.
