Job summary

GIC is seeking an SVP, Information & Technology Risk to provide independent oversight of infrastructure, cloud, and cybersecurity risk across the technology estate. The role leads 2LOD risk management, challenges control design and operating effectiveness, and partners with Internal Audit and other assurance functions to strengthen risk governance.

Qualifications

• 12–15 years of experience in technology risk management or related fields.
• Deep expertise across infrastructure, cloud, and cybersecurity risk.
• Strong understanding of regulatory expectations for cyber resilience and outsourcing.

Responsibilities

• Provide independent oversight of infrastructure, cloud, and resilience controls across the technology landscape.
• Challenge cyber risk management, identity & access, vulnerability management, and SOC operations.
• Oversee third-party technology risk, outsourcing controls, and vendor risk management.
• Lead independent oversight of ORSA processes and risk reporting to senior management.
• Engage stakeholders across Technology, Information Security, Operations, and Compliance.
