• Conduct landscape analysis and benchmarking to identify opportunities for infrastructure enhancement.
• Collaborate with architecture teams to assess emerging technologies for core market infrastructure.
• Analyze technology investment priorities and business cases for major upgrades and transformations.
• Lead transition from project-based to product-led operating model and ensure alignment with business outcomes.
• Design product-centric structures enabling end-to-end ownership and lifecycle management.
