Job summary

Singapore Exchange Limited is seeking a strategic and analytical Strategy & Transformation professional to shift the Technology Unit from project-based delivery to a product-led, outcome-driven model. You’ll align business priorities with technology capabilities, drive operating model redesigns, and lead initiatives that strengthen SGX’s competitive position.

The Technology Unit powers trading, clearing, settlement and market infrastructure systems with resilience and performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Business management, or related technical field.
• 5-8 years of experience in technology strategy, operations transformation, or systems implementation roles.
• Background in financial services technology, trading systems, or market infrastructure operations.
• Experience with large-scale technology transformation projects and system implementations.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Excellent communication skills interfacing between technical, operational and business stakeholders.
• Proven track record of managing complex, cross-functional transformation projects.
• Ability to work in high-pressure, time-sensitive environments with strong attention to detail.
• Understanding of financial markets operations, trading workflows, and regulatory environments.
• Familiarity with Agile and DevOps methodologies and enterprise architecture frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Support the development and execution of technology strategy and multi-year roadmaps for trading, clearing, settlement, and data systems.
• Lead the transition from project-based delivery to a product-led operating model, aligning technology delivery to business outcomes.
• Spearhead digital transformation projects including cloud migration, API modernization, and microservices architecture adoption.
• Establish and monitor KPIs for technology systems and operational processes; embed data-driven decision-making.
