Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 18 years of experience leading large-scale transformation programmes in banking or regulated sectors.
• Proven delivery of finance transformation, finance technology, regulatory reporting or enterprise-wide change initiatives.
• Strong knowledge of Finance functions including financial & regulatory reporting, tax reporting, and data management.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of Finance technology and transformation programmes from initiation through implementation and post-production stabilisation.
• Drive strategic initiatives supporting Finance platforms, reporting systems, regulatory change, data management, automation and process optimisation.
• Define programme objectives, priorities, roadmaps, business cases and success measures with senior stakeholders.
• Manage interdependencies and governance frameworks across multiple streams and vendors.
• Oversee delivery teams to meet scope, timelines, budget and quality standards.
• Provide executive status updates and governance materials to senior management.
