Job summary

Temasek seeks a seasoned VP, Talent Management to strengthen its high-performance culture and evolve its talent pipeline. You will translate talent priorities into operating rhythms, insights and actionable governance across performance reviews, career planning and leadership development.

Lead the design of skills-based frameworks, analytics, and AI-enabled workflows, collaborating with cross-functional partners to scale Talent Management and talent actions across the firm.

Qualifications

14+ years of experience in Talent Management, Leadership Development or Organisation Effectiveness in a complex, high‑performance environment.
Experience shaping AI-enabled talent management and HR transformation initiatives.
Strong judgement, data orientation and stakeholder influence.

Responsibilities

Lead Talent Review processes, succession planning and promotion governance.
Develop and operationalise skills-based talent frameworks and dashboards.
Oversee leadership assessment, coaching programs and governance.
