Job summary

You will translate talent priorities into operating rhythms, insights and governance across reviews, career planning, promotions, leadership assessment and coaching. Qualifications
- Significant experience in Talent Management, Leadership Development or Organisation Effectiveness in a CoE or similar function.
- Experience in high‑calibre professional environments with strong talent judgement and data orientation.
- Familiarity with AI, automation and human‑agent operating models in HR transformation.
- Proven ability to influence stakeholders and drive governance across talent cycles.
Responsibilities
- Lead Talent Review processes, including planning, data readiness and decision tracking.
- Develop and evolve talent frameworks, analytics, dashboards and insights for workforce planning.
- Anchor performance and promotion governance with strong preparation and accountability.
- Manage leadership assessment governance and coaching programs linked to development priorities.
- Oversee Talent Management systems and AI-enabled workflows with cross‑functional partners.
- Lead and coach the Associate, Talent Management and drive delivery excellence.
