Job summary
Collinson Group is seeking a VP of Business Solutions to drive strategic input for client opportunities across pre-sales and delivery. You will partner with client, country leadership and cross-functional teams to define and deliver high-impact solutions in Financial Services and Travel.
You will lead a regional, high-performing team, develop market-facing strategies, and mentor staff to create an insights-led culture that differentiates Collinson in-market.
Qualifications
- 15+ years of experience in financial services product teams, strategy consulting or brand loyalty.
- Leadership and people management with cross-functional project experience.
- Experience in customer engagement, CRM and loyalty strategies.
- Demonstrated success using data to drive business outcomes.
- Commercial budgeting, cost forecasting and pricing experience.
Responsibilities
- Lead regional business solutions with an insight-led, data-driven culture.
- Develop scalable practices to enhance efficiency and collaboration across teams.
- Support market-level strategy design including market sizing and business cases.
- Align with Product, Data and Tech to tailor region-specific solutions.
- Contribute to new business opportunities and client engagements.
- Represent Collinson at industry events as a thought leader.
