Job summary

Flywire seeks a high-impact VP, Product Payments Experience & Customer Loyalty to define and own the payer journey across its global payments platform. You will drive conversion, loyalty, and a modernization program while leading a global Product Management team.

You'll collaborate with Engineering, Design, Analytics, and Commercial leaders to deliver AI-enabled experiences, localization, and scalable payment solutions for millions of users worldwide.

Qualifications

• 15+ years in Product Management with at least 5 years in VP-level roles
• Extensive experience owning global consumer payment products or fintech platforms serving millions
• Proven track record improving payment conversion, engagement, and UX across international ecosystems
• Experience building loyalty/retention programs within payments or fintech
• Strong strategy background with modernization of large-scale platforms
• Deep understanding of UX, localization, accessibility, and customer-centric development
• Experience partnering with engineering to deliver scalable payment platforms
• Knowledge of regulated payment markets such as India, China, or similar
• Executive presence with ability to influence senior leadership and boards
• Analytical mindset with experimentation, analytics, and AI-enabled development

Responsibilities

• Define vision and strategy for every payer-facing experience across Flywire
• Own Hosted Payment Pages, Checkout, payment flows, translations, notifications, and UX
• Establish global quality standards for consistent experiences
• Improve completion, conversion, and satisfaction through optimization
• Lead localization across regulated global markets
