Job summary

OCBC Group is seeking a VP to lead the Risk & Governance team within GFCA-Finance Operations in Singapore. You will shape risk and control standards, drive data governance, and partner with Compliance, Internal/External Audit, and IT to strengthen resilience across global entities.

You will oversee risk registers, automated monitoring, and governance capabilities, while mentoring a high-performing team to deliver sustainable risk-aware business enablement.

Qualifications

• Degree in Accounting, Finance or related discipline.
• At least 10 years in finance operations, risk, governance or related control functions.
• Proven leadership and stakeholder management across senior teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead risk and governance strategy for Finance Operations.
• Set standards for controls, data integrity and regulatory alignment.
• Collaborate with Internal/External Audit, Compliance and IT teams.
• Drive automation, analytics, dashboards and AI governance to improve monitoring.
