DBS Bank Ltd. is recruiting a seasoned AVP/VP Relationship Manager for the DEG/NBFI, Midcap segment within Institutional Banking Group in Singapore. You will onboard clients, perform due diligence, and structure solutions to align with growth strategies across Asia.

The role emphasizes client engagement, financial modelling, and cross-functional collaboration with product teams to deliver tailored cash management, treasury, and advisory services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business-related fields.
• 8+ years in commercial or investment banks, venture capital, fintech, or related environments.
• Strong financial modelling, Excel, and PowerPoint skills.
• Proven ability to build client relationships and cross-sell services.
• Knowledge of NBFI sector is a plus.
• Ability to work across Asia with multi-geography teams.

Responsibilities

• Formulate, solicit, identify and initiate account strategies to expand portfolios.
• Complete account plans and drive business development across geographies.
• Increase product penetration and cross-sell IBG services including capital markets and treasury.
• Assist in preparing termsheets and structuring transactions.
• Stay informed on NBFI and fintech trends and regulatory landscape.
• Proactively acquire new NBFI and DEG relationships to grow revenue.
