Job summary

StarHub Ltd in Singapore is seeking a strategic leader to define and drive an organization-wide Quality Engineering strategy, overseeing multiple teams to ensure product reliability, scalability, and customer satisfaction.

You will mentor QA Engineers, SDETs, and architects, champion agentic AI testing automation, establish verification processes, collaborate with Product, Engineering, Infrastructure, and ensure quality is built in from plan through release.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to define and implement QA strategies.
• Experience with AI-driven testing approaches.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive organization-wide QA strategy.
• Oversee multiple teams ensuring reliability and customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to create testing frameworks and automation strategies.
• Champion agentic AI testing automation and verification.
• Partner with Product, Engineering and Infrastructure to integrate quality throughout the lifecycle.
• Lead continuous improvement with KPIs and OKRs.
