Job summary

OCBC Premier Private Client (PPC) in Singapore seeks a Desk Head to lead a team of Relationship Managers, driving client acquisition, deepening relationships, and delivering sustainable growth across AUM and revenue. You will guide talent development, governance, and cross-functional collaboration to serve Asia-centric High Net Worth clients.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of relevant banking or financial services experience.
• Strong track record in wealth management or private banking.
• Proven leadership of sales teams.
• Experience in AUM growth and revenue generation.
• Experience in Private Banking/Private Client segments preferred.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication.
• Willingness to obtain the Client Advisor Competency Standards (CACS) certification if not held.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop a team of Relationship Managers to achieve targets for revenue, AUM and client acquisition.
• Foster a high-performance culture through mentoring, performance management, and talent development.
• Drive PPC growth through acquisition of High-Net-Worth clients and expansion of relationships.
• Develop referral networks to generate quality client opportunities.
• Collaborate with product specialists across Wealth Management, Investment, Lending and Insurance to deliver holistic solutions.
• Ensure superior client experience and compliance with governance standards.
