Job summary

1011 United Overseas Bank Ltd is seeking an experienced transformation professional to lead SWAT-style initiatives across cross-functional teams. The role focuses on solving complex challenges and delivering platform-driven improvements leveraging AI, data, and automation.

You will drive diagnostic reviews, design future-ready services, and help scale partner integrations across enterprise platforms while ensuring governance and risk standards are met.

Qualifications

• Foundational understanding of APIs, microservices, integration patterns, and distributed systems.
• Familiarity with AI, data platforms, automation, or emerging technologies is a plus.
• Basic hands-on proficiency in one or more languages (e.g., Python, Java, Node.js) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business units to develop platform and on-demand service use cases.
• Support partner onboarding activities, including integration, testing, and deployment readiness.
• Contribute to expanding ecosystem connectivity and network-service capabilities.
• Deliver end-to-end remediation from assessment to prototype to rollout within defined timelines.
• Develop reusable enterprise blueprints & accelerators.
• Support multi-domain innovation integration.
• Promote enterprise governance, security, and risk standards.
