Job summary

Lico Resources Pte Ltd is seeking a VP to build and run a marketing operating engine in Singapore, owning MarTech, ABM, governance and performance measurement. You will lead a small team and collaborate with Sales, CRM and analytics to lift campaign effectiveness and client engagement across digital, media, content and events.

You will design scalable programs, drive audience insights, and deliver dashboards that translate signals into strategic recommendations for leadership.

Qualifications

• Over a decade in digital marketing, operations, MarTech, analytics or customer intelligence.
• Hands-on experience with MarTech platforms (Salesforce, Dotdigital, HubSpot) spanning ABM, email, automation and CRM integration.
• Strong ability to link marketing to CRM intelligence, opportunity analytics and business results; proficient with data visualization.

Responsibilities

• Own and continuously refine the MarTech stack and lead transformation across automation, process and tooling.
• Design digital programmes that convert prospects and map user journeys across web, email, campaigns and events.
• Direct the marketing intelligence agenda and build dashboards turning signals into leadership recommendations.
• Partner with Sales to align marketing activity with CRM analytics and governance; manage external partners.
