Job summary

LICO RESOURCES PTE. LTD. seeks a senior VP to build and run a marketing technology engine, owning ABM, automation, CRM integration and governance. You’ll design a scalable operating system moving prospects from first touch to deeper relationships across digital channels, events and content.

You will lead a small specialist team, partner with Sales, and deliver measurable value through audience targeting, campaign effectiveness and customer intelligence.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in digital marketing, marketing operations, MarTech, analytics or customer intelligence.

Responsibilities

• Own and continuously refine the MarTech stack (ABM, email, marketing automation, CRM integration).
• Lead transformation across automation, process and tooling.
• Design digital programmes that convert prospects and progress opportunities.
• Direct the marketing intelligence agenda and build dashboards from signals to actionable insights.
