Job summary

Dyson is recruiting a skilled M365 and Exchange Platform Engineer to own architecture, engineering, and automation of the Microsoft 365 tenant and Exchange Online. You will drive high availability, optimize performance, and reduce costs using PowerShell and Graph API automation across global tenant operations.

The role emphasizes lifecycle governance, feature rollouts, and thorough security practices, with a focus on delivering reliable SaaS infrastructure and swift incident response.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in IT/CS.
• 5–7 years hands-on engineering experience with large Microsoft 365 tenants and Exchange Online.
• Advanced capabilities with PowerShell and Graph API for automation and management.
• Microsoft 365 Certified: Enterprise Administrator Expert or Messaging Administrator Associate desirable.

Responsibilities

• Administer and optimize global Microsoft 365 tenant settings and directory sync.
• Architect, configure, and maintain Exchange Online messaging infrastructure.
• Oversee tenant lifecycle, licensing management, and cost optimization.
• Roll out new Microsoft cloud features and evaluate service updates.
• Develop Graph API and PowerShell automation to improve platform performance.
• Lead platform updates, migrations, and incident resolution with SLA focus.
