Seatrium is seeking a senior Business Development & Opportunity Origination leader in Singapore to identify and screen LNG and energy opportunities, and to develop strategies that expand the company’s project portfolio. You will lead from concept through investment approval, structuring bankable solutions and coordinating governance with banks, sponsors, and lenders.

Formación

• Seasoned oil and gas project and business development professional.
• 7–10 years of relevant experience with seniority to lead engagements.
• Strong techno-commercial capability translating technical configurations into commercial value.
• Excellent negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with LNG SPAs, tolling, charters, BOO/BOT, EPC/O&M.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the identification, screening and evaluation of LNG and energy projects.
• Develop and execute business development strategies to grow portfolio.
• Assess market trends, competition, and investment prospects in LNG/energy.
• Build strategic relationships with customers, partners, government agencies and investors.
• Lead project development from concept to investment approval and execution.
• Structure bankable project solutions balancing tech, commercial, regulatory and financials.
• Evaluate risks, schedules, assumptions, and commercial terms to optimize outcomes.
• Negotiate key agreements: SPAs, tolling, charters, joint development, BOO/BOT, EPC/O&M.
• Develop and review detailed financial models; perform DCF, NPV, IRR, sensitivity analyses.
