Job summary

Seatrium is seeking seasoned engineers with LNG/FLNG project experience to lead the development of operating philosophies, models, and organizational structures for LNG/FLNG facilities in Singapore. The role requires establishing readiness programs for commissioning, start-up, handover and steady-state operations, and crafting procedures, competency frameworks and training to support safe operations.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years in oil and gas, LNG facilities or offshore assets.
• Experience establishing LNG operating capabilities from ground up.
• Strong leadership, governance and interface management.
• Knowledge of process safety, reliability and technical assurance.
• Ability to evaluate lifecycle costs and contractor proposals.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and implementation of operating philosophies, models and org structures for LNG/FLNG facilities.
• Establish readiness programs covering commissioning, start-up, handover and steady-state ops.
• Develop procedures, processes, competency frameworks and training.
• Drive workforce planning, capability development and succession planning.
• Provide technical leadership for LNG production and liquefaction facilities.
• Review designs and engineering deliverables to support safe, reliable operations.
• Establish technical assurance frameworks for performance, integrity and safety.
• Support owner's engineering activities across project phases.
• Govern contractor governance, performance standards and issue resolution.
• Lead commissioning acceptance, readiness reviews and transition to operations.
