Job summary

GIC is seeking an experienced VP, Incident and Business Continuity Management to lead Major Incident Management, BCM, and DR planning for Technology Operations. The role combines hands-on ownership of incident lifecycle management with enterprise resilience programs across applications and data centres.

The successful candidate will have 6–10 years in ITSM/Incident Management or BCM/DR, preferably in Financial Services, and will drive continuous improvement, governance, and executive reporting

Qualifications

6–10 years of ITSM/Incident Management or BCM/DR leadership.
Experience in Financial Services or regulated environments preferred.
Proven ability to drive service reliability, resilience, and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

Manage Major Incident lifecycle from detection to closure.
Plan, coordinate, and execute annual Disaster Recovery exercises.
Develop and maintain BCM/DR runbooks and BC plans.
Lead escalation and War Room coordination with stakeholders.
Partner with IT and business teams to ensure recovery readiness and governance.
