Job summary

GIC is seeking an experienced AVP/VP to lead Incident and Business Continuity Management for Technology Operations. You will own Major Incident Management lifecycle, drive BCM programs, and coordinate annual Disaster Recovery exercises across applications and data centres.

The role requires 6–10 years in ITSM/BCM/DR, strong governance with ITIL 4, and collaboration with risk, compliance, and regional teams. Office location is Tampines, with a flexible hybrid arrangement.

Qualifications

• 6–10 years of experience in ITSM, Incident Management, or BCM/DR management.
• Experience planning enterprise-scale DR exercises with clear RTO/RPO.
• ITIL 4 certification and governance experience with ISO 22301 is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Manage the Major Incident Management scope, including 24x7 on-call coordination and War Room activation.
• Oversee BCM and DR planning, ensuring recovery readiness across applications, infrastructure, and data centres.
• Lead DR exercises, validate results, and document remediation items for continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with Enterprise Risk, Corporate BCM, and regional offices to align technology recovery plans with enterprise continuity needs.
