Job summary

Keppel Fund Management invites a senior professional to design and implement fund structures, onboarding investors for private funds and SMAs. You will collaborate with client solutions, portfolio management, fund controller, legal, and compliance to align sponsor considerations, investor needs and regulatory requirements.

The role requires deep knowledge of real assets, fund documentation with LPAs and side letters, and strong stakeholder management to drive launches and conversions while

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of relevant experience with private funds and alternative asset management.
• Deep understanding of Real Asset markets and fund structuring is desirable.
• Legal and tax advisory experience would be preferred.

Responsibilities

• Fund design and structuring for private funds and separately managed accounts.
• Identify and implement fund structuring solutions to meet investment strategies and investor needs.
• Negotiate fund fees and terms with investors and ensure alignment with approvals.
• Draft and review fund documentation with external counsels, including LPAs and side letters.
• Collaborate with investors and cross-functional teams to launch and operate funds.
