Job summary

Keppel is seeking an accomplished Fund Finance leader in Singapore to oversee the financial management, control, and governance of private funds. You will ensure high-quality reporting, manage capital calls and distributions, and coordinate with lenders, tax agents, and fund administrators to maintain robust compliance and risk controls.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in fund finance, asset management, or real estate investment management.
• Strong experience in fund structures, capital calls/distributions, and investor reporting.
• Experience supporting transactions, refinancing, and fund lifecycle events (including liquidation).
• Strong understanding of the relevant accounting standards and proficiency in financial analysis, controls, tax, and regulatory requirements.
• Solid knowledge of risk management, hedging strategies, and capital structures.
• Proven ability to manage service providers and outsourced functions.
• High attention to detail with a strong control mindset.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to work cross-functionally.
• Demonstrated commitment to ethics, governance, and risk culture.

Responsibilities

• Fund Financial Management & Reporting: Ensure accurate, timely financial reporting and investor deliverables for all funds.
• Capital Management & Fund Operations: Manage capital calls, distributions, and cashflow needs across the portfolio.
• Investment, Divestment & Transaction Support: Provide financial and structuring support for investments and divestments.
• Risk Management & Controls: Enhance risk reporting and hedging strategies; reinforce governance culture.
• Compliance & Governance: Coordinate with Risk and Compliance; monitor outsourced service providers and tax filings.
