Job summary

UOB United Overseas Bank Limited (UOB) in Singapore seeks an experienced intermediary sales professional to accelerate distribution strategy and drive AUM growth.

You will work with the intermediary network, coordinate with Client Services and Product teams, and ensure regulatory and KYC obligations are met while expanding the client base.

Degree qualified with at least 5 years in distribution, you are a self-starter who can operate across local, regional and global partners.

Qualifications

• Degree qualification required; minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
• Strong motivation to drive sales growth and work independently while collaborating with team members.
• Understand organisation structure and build relationships with key stakeholders locally, regionally and globally.

Responsibilities

• Actively participate and assist intermediary sales team to develop the distribution strategy.
• Execute the intermediary distribution strategy in Singapore as part of group strategy.
• Drive sales, AUM and revenue growth for the distribution business.
• Collaborate with Client Service to deliver service excellence and ensure regulatory obligations are fulfilled.
