Job summary

United Overseas Bank Ltd is seeking a Manager/AVP, Business Development to drive SME banking solutions and revenue growth in the City Area, Singapore. You will actively source new borrowing accounts and provide financial advisory aligned with UOB's risk and regulatory standards.

The role requires a recognised degree in finance or business, proven sales success with SMEs, and strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Qualifications

• Recognised Degree in Accountancy/Business Administration/Banking & Finance.
• Strong analytical and interpersonal skills.

• Competent in engaging and managing internal and external clients.
• Proven ability to exceed sales target.

Responsibilities

• Acquire new borrowing accounts through cold-calling and referrals.
• Provide prudent financial and investment solutions to SME clients.
• Establish and maintain long-term, profitable banking relationships with existing and prospective clients.
• Ensure advisory procedures and documentation comply with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
