Job summary

GIC Private Limited is seeking a VP/SVP Risk & Controls Officer (Infrastructure) to embed risk and controls within the Technology Group. You will partner with infrastructure and data platform teams to ensure secure, resilient operations across cloud and on-premise environments.

The role emphasizes design and monitoring of controls across the SDLC, governance processes, incident management, and ORSA progression, with a strong focus on collaboration with engineering and platform teams.

Qualifications

• Thorough knowledge of technology risk domains (e.g., access management, SDLC, cloud, data governance).
• Experience with COSO/ COBIT frameworks and ORSA methodologies.
• Strong communication and ability to balance risk with delivery priorities.

Responsibilities

• Partner with infrastructure and data platform teams to identify, assess, and manage risks across data centre and network services.
• Provide risk input into infrastructure design, capacity planning, and major change initiatives.
• Design, embed, and monitor controls across the technology lifecycle and delivery workflows.
• Develop KRIs and KCIs and produce risk dashboards for senior stakeholders.
• Support audit engagements and third-party governance; liaison between tech teams and risk/ audit lines.
