Job description

A fast-growing international data center platform is hiring a VP, Human Resources to lead the people function as the business scales its presence globally.

With its headquarters in Singapore and an expanding portfolio across SEA markets including Malaysia, Thailand, and Indonesia, the business is entering an important phase of international growth. The role will be responsible for building the HR infrastructure, organisation, and talent strategy required to support that expansion, working closely with senior leadership as the platform continues to scale.

This is a true end-to-end HR leadership role, covering organisational design, talent acquisition, leadership development, performance, employee engagement, compensation, mobility, and regional HR governance. You'll be expected to build scalable people processes while remaining hands-on enough to solve the practical challenges that come with rapid growth across multiple jurisdictions.

A key part of the mandate will be managing the complexity of a genuinely international workforce. You'll work across Singapore and wider Southeast Asia, with responsibility for cross-border employment structures, expatriate and relocation programmes, and attracting and retaining talent from both global technology companies and the regional infrastructure ecosystem.

We're looking for an experienced HR leader with 15+ years of experience and at least 5 years at VP/Head level, who has owned a full HR function rather than a specialist remit. Experience within data centers, critical infrastructure, large-scale real estate, or similarly complex asset-heavy businesses would be highly relevant, particularly where you've helped design organisations during periods of rapid international expansion.

The ideal candidate will be equally comfortable operating strategically with the CEO, leadership team and Board as they are getting into the detail of building the HR function. Experience working across both Western and APAC markets is important, as is the ability to navigate a fast-moving, internationally diverse organisation.
