Job summary

Randstad Singapore seeks an experienced HR leader to define and execute the global people strategy and establish the HR function for rapid multi-country expansion. You will lead talent acquisition, total rewards design, and global mobility programs across APAC, US and Europe, while scaling HR operations and governance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Admin, HR, Finance or equivalent.
• 15+ years HR experience with at least 5 years in senior leadership.
• Proven track record in global people agenda, governance and rewards.
• Experience in large tech companies and MNC environments preferred.
• Extensive international HR experience across APAC and Western markets.

Reporting to the Global CEO, this leadership position will lead the people agenda, establishing the HR function and manage key strategic initiatives to drive rapid multi-country expansion across international markets. In addition, you will:

• Define and execute global people strategy, organizational design, and workforce planning to support rapid multi-country growth
• Build a global talent acquisition engine and employer brand to attract world-class infrastructure, engineering, and corporate talent across APAC, the US and Europe
• Design and manage competitive total rewards, compensation benchmarks, cross-border employment structures, and global mobility programs
• Scale HR operations, HRIS, and compliance frameworks across Singapore, Thailand, Malaysia, Indonesia, and future operating markets including US and Europe
• Lead and develop the existing HR team, driving culture, performance management, and leadership development across a multi-national workforce

skills and experience required

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Finance or equivalent
• Minimum 15 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership capacity owning the full HR function
• Proven track record in driving global people agenda, establishing HR governance, total rewards, global mobility and scaling HR infrastructure during periods of rapid growth
• Experience working in large tech companies such as Google, Amazon, Meta, Nvidia and equivalent would be advantageous. Large-scale MNC experience is essential.
• Extensive international experience managing HR operations across both Asia-Pacific and Western markets (US, Europe, or Australia)
• Strong executive presence with a demonstrated ability to advise and influence at the C-Suite and board level
