Job summary

Citigroup Inc. is seeking an experienced Equities e-Trading Infrastructure Systems Architect - Vice President to lead the architecture of the low-latency electronic trading infrastructure.

This senior role requires collaboration with Global Markets, CTI, and CISO teams to deliver scalable, compliant technology foundations across markets. The candidate will drive optimization, mentoring, and technical leadership, while owning critical components of CTB and end-of-vendor-support initiatives.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in infrastructure technologies.
• Experience delivering infrastructure products and services.
• Experience in financial services or large global environments preferred.
• Clear written and verbal communication to non-technical audiences.
• Proven analytical, diagnostic, and multitasking skills with execution focus.
• Ability to work independently and with virtual teams in a high-pressure environment.
• Ownership of project parts with tight deadlines or changing requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end infrastructure architecture for EQ electronic trading platforms.
• Identify and resolve high-impact issues with RCA when escalated.
• Coach and mentor teams, ensure regulatory compliance and quality controls.
• Design complex processes and reporting streams; review requirements.
• Assess risks and ensure adherence to Citi policies and ethics.
• Collaborate with CISO/CTS teams to align architecture with security standards.
