Job summary

J.P. Morgan is seeking a Trading Services Associate in Asia Currency Emerging Markets Non Linear Middle Office. The role focuses on capturing and validating trading transactions, reconciling activity, and supporting end-to-end processing.

You will collaborate with operations, risk, finance, and technology to ensure accurate books and timely processing. The candidate will work in a fast-paced environment with a focus on controls and process improvements, while gaining exposure to complex trading

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
• At least 3 years of experience in trading services, trade support, or operational/control roles.
• Understanding of derivatives and hedging products (IR swaps, basis swaps, FX, FRA, OIS, bonds, futures).
• Knowledge of front-to-back operation, including confirmations, settlements, and regulatory reporting.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and cross-team collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Capture all transactions in Risk Management Systems promptly.
• Perform intraday and end-of-day reconciliation and confirmations.
• Work with Operations, risk, finance, and technology to support daily processing.
• Ensure controls are completed and signed off in a timely manner.
• Communicate clearly with support teams to resolve queries efficiently.
• Contribute to strategic initiatives and process improvements.
