Job summary

Deutsche Bank AG in Singapore seeks a senior leader to run eDiscovery service delivery across APAC. You will oversee end-to-end matters from intake to secure delivery, manage stakeholders, and own governance, risk, and controls.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in eDiscovery, investigations technology, legal tech or information governance.
• Experience leading time-critical legal/regulatory matters in a highly controlled organization.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft 365 and Purview eDiscovery, Relativity or comparable platforms.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex matters: senior contact for control functions, oversee intake, preservation, collection, QC and delivery.
• Define defensible scope: advise on custodians, data sources, date ranges, searches and timelines; document decisions.
• Own delivery: set plans and escalation routes for regional/global teams and vendors.
• Strengthen governance and performance: use SLA, KPI, and cost measures to improve outcomes.
