Job summary

Control Risks in Singapore seeks a senior leader to head forensics investigations and compliance-driven reviews across SEA/Greater China/South Asia, coordinating with global counterparts. Qualifications

• Proven senior-level track record sourcing and converting business development leads with the legal buyer community in SEA/GC/SA markets.
• Strong knowledge of investigations types (internal, regulatory, cross-border) and tech-aided delivery.
• Experience in developing reports, proposals, and client pitches.
• Understanding of regulatory drivers and enforcement trends and their practical implications.
• Fluency or knowledge of dispute mechanisms (mediation, arbitration, litigation).

Responsibilities

• Originate and convert opportunities in South East Asia.
• Understand investigations and use technology in delivery.
• Act as a line manager for the Singapore-forensics team.
• End-to-end case management of investigations and related risk services.
• Manage existing and new client relationships, ensuring compliance with laws.
• Develop and deliver reports, proposals and pitches.
• Stay aware of market trends, including digital forensics and data analytics tools.
• Manage project economics.
• Provide forensic accounting technical leadership.
