Job summary

Deutsche Bank is seeking a Vice President to lead eDiscovery service delivery in Singapore and across APAC. The role combines end-to-end matter oversight with governance, risk ownership and technology enablement.

You will lead complex, time-critical matters, coordinate global teams, and ensure defensible processes across Microsoft Purview, Relativity and related platforms while upholding regulatory obligations.

Qualifications

• Degree or equivalent professional experience in technology, law, information governance, digital forensics, data management or a related discipline. Minimum 8 years of relevant experience.
• Strong knowledge of the eDiscovery lifecycle: identification, preservation, collection, processing, review support, production, quality control and defensibility.
• Experience leading complex, sensitive or time-critical legal matters in a highly controlled organisation.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex matters as the senior contact for control functions, overseeing intake, scoping, preservation, collection, quality control and secure delivery.
• Define defensible scope: advise on custodians, sources, date ranges, search criteria, privacy, cost and timelines.
• Own delivery: set plans and escalation routes for high-risk matters, coordinating regional and global teams and vendors.
• Maintain defensibility, chain-of-custody and audit trails; identify risks and drive remediation.
• Strengthen governance: support policies, SLA metrics and decision records to improve outcomes.
• Enable technology change: represent eDiscovery needs in new applications and platform enhancements.
• Manage technology and sensitive data: apply sound judgement across Microsoft Purview, Relativity and related platforms.
