Job summary

Control Risks Group seeks a senior forensics leader to head complex disputes, compliance-driven reviews and investigations across the Asia-Pacific region from Singapore. You will coordinate with global offices and develop opportunities with new and existing clients, leveraging technology in investigations.

Essential duties include leading SEA-based team members, scoping investigations, and delivering high-quality reports to clients and tribunals.

Qualifications

• Senior-level experience with sourcing and converting business opportunities in SEA/ Greater China/ South Asia.
• Experience scoping and delivering investigations, including use of technology in delivery.
• Knowledge of dispute resolution mechanics (mediation/arbitration/litigation) and forensics role.
• Familiarity with SEA/Greater China/South Asia jurisdictions and跨-border work.

Responsibilities

• Originate, scope and convert forensic accounting, compliance and investigation opportunities in SEA.
• Lead investigations end-to-end including anti-fraud and regulatory risk work.
• Manage Singapore-based forensics team and develop staff.
• Manage client relationships and deliver reports, proposals, and pitches.
• Stay ahead of market trends in digital forensics, e-discovery and data analytics.
• Oversee project economics and provide technical leadership in investigations.
